Week two....14 till NYC Marathon
I am still struggling to find my will power to get out and train for the up coming New York Marathon to be held in November.
The following sets out what running and exercise I have been doing over the past few days.
THURSDAY
AM : Easy 6 km at 5.47 pace.
PM: Gym...upper body and abs
FRIDAY
AM : Nothing
PM : Gym...Upper body
SATURDAY
AM : Nothing
PM : Golf
SUNDAY :
AM :
17 km....ok...stopped for water and Gel at 9 Km...foot hurt.
PM : Gym....upper body
MONDAY
AM : 8 km...a few hills...found this hard
PM : Gym...upper body and abs
TUESDAY
AM : Midday Milers...6 by one minute....found this very hard.
PM : Gym...upper body and abs
WEDNESDAY
AM : Nothing
PM : Gym....upper body and abs
